Refunds & Cancellations

Before the programme begins

If you cancel more than seven days before the intake start date, the participation fee is refunded in full, less any transaction charges applied by the payment provider.

Within seven days of the start

Cancellations in the final week before the start date may be refunded at fifty percent, or deferred in full to the next intake — whichever you prefer.

Once the programme has started

The fee is non-refundable once the first session has taken place, because your place, your materials and your community access have already been allocated to you.

Deferrals

If life makes the twelve weeks impossible, write to us. We will normally move your place to the next intake at no extra cost.

Failed or duplicate payments

If money leaves your account but your place is not confirmed, or you are charged twice, contact us with your reference number. Verified duplicate or failed charges are returned in full.

How to request a refund

Email mastersmentorship@gmail.com with your reference number and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within ten working days.
